I thought the season was over about one week ago, but there was one more game to be played and that was tonight’s BCS National Championship game where once again we watched a more dominant LSU Tigers team out of the SEC, easily defeat the overrated Big-10 champion Ohio State Buckeyes. 

I have to ask why the hell was Ohio State in this game? They lost to Illinois and were clearly not that good and it showed in this game just how easiy it is for a team to buck this horrible BCS system.  Win all your games with an easy schedule and you will at least make the BCS.  Look at Ohio State and Hawaii as great examples of this.  

Hopefully the BCS voters will rethink voting any team into the top 2 or into the top 14 that qualify for a BCS bid that plays a weak schedule.  As a huge sports fan, I am sick and tired of seeing these lop-sided BCS games. 

There is all this stupid talk about a “plus one” game to decide the national champion.  “Plus One” is another stupid idea and it is sure to fail somehow.  When is the stupid BCS Committee going to get their acts together and put together and put a playoff system in place.  Enough is enough..
