He has been overrated and over-hyped since he first started in the league. I just noticed that on ESPN.com that in a recent interview with HBO, McNabb says “There’s not that many African-American quarterbacks, so we have to do a little bit extra,” McNabb tells HBO. “Because the percentage of us playing this position, which people didn’t want us to play … is low, so we do a little extra.”    Anyways, last night on MNF while watching McCrap stink it up on the field and listening to the fans boo hin, they brought up the Rush comment from several years ago.  I might have missed it, but none of the commentators criticized Rush for making the comment, almost accepting it as fact.  All I can say is the way McNabb has been playing, he deserves all the boos and criticism he is getting and it has nothing to do with the color of his skin.   Black QBs are NOT criticized any more than non-black QBs.  Ask the Mannings about that. Every QB except Tom Brady is criticized by fans and media and for good reason.  Black QBs should just be glad they are getting the opportunity that asians are not. I dont hear anyone saying anything about that, just ask Timmy Chang.  A superstar QB from University of Hawaii and no one wanted him in the NFL.
