College Football

It brings me such joy to see Michigan and Notre Dame at 0-2.   I am sick and tired of the BCS Committee selecting Notre Dame every single year as an at-large bid even though they don’t deserve it.   Lloyd Carr, clean out your desk….     This is your last season, if you last that long….     This weekend’s game between the Overrateds should be close as both teams have been horrible this year.  I wonder which team will prevail and which one will continue to suck!!!

US Open Finals 

The women’s final went pretty much as I had suspected with Justine Henin winning with ease.  Henin is the only player that can beat the Williams sisters at their best and she proved that in this tourney.  Having already beaten both Venus and Serena, Henin deserved this victory. 

The men’s final also went as I had expected.  In fact, the Federer express is getting quite boring to watch.    Federer has no peers at the moment, except Nadal on clay.  I never liked Pete Sampras because he used to always beat my idol Agassi, so I can’t wait for Federer break Sampras’ grand-slam record.
